
Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
We are looking for a dispatcher and customer service representative to join our team. Prior work in logistics or dispatching is highly desired. We are an established reputable messenger/courier/logistics company for over 30 yrs along the front range. The Call/Dispatch center is located in Boulder County. Hours are 9am-4pm M-F
Responsibilities and DutiesCommunication with couriers, customer service reps, and customers is vital throughout the day.
- Assisting with incoming customer calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs
- Speak with drivers and other CSR’s to coordinate deliveries.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Processing web orders
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CSR systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
