Can you give me a price quote?

We can provide a quote for small package deliveries. If your delivery is multiple packages or boxes, we can provide you with a base rate and the driver will assess the freight charge.

What information do you need to schedule a job?

We need company name, address, phone number, contact name, type of package, dimensions and time frame, and method of payment. If you have an account we will invoice you, otherwise we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discovery & AMEX. Please have information ready when placing a call to us.

Why is my package not picked up at the time I specified it was ready?

Our service is based on the due time. We consider the time the package is ready to the time it is due a window in which the job needs to be completed. If you need a specific pick up time please let us know when you place your order. Additional fees may apply.

Will I be charged for cancelling a job?

There may be a fee assessed based on the time that the courier has spent driving/cycling to your location. As soon as you know that circumstances have changed please contact us.

I said my package would be ready at a certain time, but realized it will not be, what should I do?

Please call us as soon as you realize the time frame has changed. We will reroute the assigned courier or assign another courier to your job. We are always flexible.

Do you deliver on the weekends?

Yes we can if the delivery is scheduled by 4pm Friday afternoon.

What happens if something goes wrong with my delivery?

We are proud to say mistakes are rare. If something does happen, rest assured we’ll respond immediately and work with you to resolve whatever the issue is to your satisfaction.

Is my package insured?

Yes, we are fully bonded and insured.

Can you provide me with a signature for delivery?

Yes, we collect a name for every delivery we make. Contact us with the job #, or log in to your online account and you can view recent job details, including signatures.

Do I need to label the package?

Yes, please label the package as if you were going to mail it. Orders placed online will give the option to print out a label.

How can I pay for the delivery?

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and AMEXVisa. You can also set up a billable account with us. Billed customers are invoiced on the last day of the month.
