DBC uses text messaging to send alerts to your phone or handheld device. Alerts for newly assigned jobs will contain a link to our pager system (website) for each assigned job. Furthermore, SMS text message alerts may be sent when assigned job information changes, if a job is cancelled, or if a job is re-assigned to another courier. If you decline text message alerts, we will send these alerts to your email address instead.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your carrier's data plan for your usage rates. Typically you may receive up to 20 messages a day.

At anytime you wish to no longer receive alerts via text message (SMS), contact dispatch and we will change your account to receive alerts via email.

DBC does not sell or provide your personal information, including phone # to any other business or entity per our Privacy Policy

Confidentiality Agreement

I will perform services for Denver/Boulder Couriers which may require Denver/Boulder Couriers and the clients of Denver/Boulder Couriers to disclose confidential and proprietary information ("Confidential Information") to me. (Confidential Information is any information of any kind, nature, or description concerning any matters affecting or relating to Employee's services for Denver/Boulder Couriers, the business or operations of Denver/Boulder Couriers, and/or the products, drawings, plans, processes, or other data of Denver/Boulder Couriers and the clients of Denver/Boulder Couriers. Accordingly, to protect Denver/Boulder Couriers and the clients of Denver/Boulder Couriers the Confidential Information that will be disclosed to me, I agree as follows:

A. I will hold the Confidential Information received from Denver/Boulder Couriers and the clients of Denver/Boulder Couriers in strict confidence and shall exercise a reasonable degree of care to prevent disclosure to others.
B. I will not disclose or divulge either directly or indirectly the Confidential Information to others unless first authorized to do so in writing by Denver/Boulder Couriers and or the client of Denver/Boulder Couriers.
C.I will not reproduce the Confidential Information nor use this information commercially or for any purpose other than the performance of his/her duties for Denver/Boulder Couriers.
D. I will, upon the request or upon termination of his/her relationship with Denver/Boulder Couriers, deliver to Denver/Boulder Couriers any drawings, notes, documents, equipment, and materials received from Denver/Boulder Couriers or originating from its activities for Denver/Boulder Couriers.
E. Denver/Boulder Couriers shall have the sole right to determine the treatment of any information received from me, including the right to keep the same as a trade secret, to use and disclose the same without prior patent applications, to file copyright registrations in its own name or to follow any other procedure as Denver/Boulder Couriers may deem appropriate.
F. Denver/Boulder Couriers reserves the right to take disciplinary action, up to and including termination for violations of this agreement.

I represent and warrant that it is not under any preexisting obligations inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement.
